Russian River Pliny the Elder 500ml - American Double IPA

The acclaimed Russian River brewery has finally arrived in Colorado, making us one of only three states to sell their brews. Pliny the Elder is the crown jewel of the three Russian River beers we sell. A double IPA with the smoothness of a lager and an arom that will make Hopheads drool. The flavor is a seamless integration of toasted malt and Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus, Chinook and Warrior hops.  Rated one of the 10 best beers on Planet Earth by beeradvocate.com, this could be the best IPA you ever drink!

Russian River Blind Pig IPA 500ml - American IPA

Blind Pig starts with sweet malt upfront before a citrus hop explosion takes charge of your palate. Though the brewery says Blind Pig has less hops than Pliny, the bitterness is more pronounced. The smooth and creamy feel combined with the delightful hop arom and flavor make this an IPA you won't soon forget.

Russian River Damnation 750ml - Belgian Strong Pale Ale

In the great beer producing country of Belgium, some brewers have made it a tradition to give their beers an unusual name. Sometimes the name is curious, now and then it is diabolical and other times it is just plain silly. Damnation is Russian River's interpretation of a Belgian style Golden Ale. It has extraordinary aromas of banana and pear with mouth filling flavors of sweet malt and earthy hops. The lingering finish is dry and slightly bitter but very, very smooth.

Green Flash Le Freak 22oz - Belgian IPA

Le Freak is a unique brew. Green Flash started with a Triple and then hopped it like an Imoerial IPA. The result is one strong Belgian-style IPA. Similar to Stone Vertical Epic 08.08.08, but with much more spice and bitterness.

Green Flash Barleywine 22oz - American Barleywine

This American-style Barleywine undergoes a three hour boil to intensify the caramel malts and the enormous Pacific Northwest hop charge. The result is a rich, estery brew with toffee notes and citrus hop flavors layered throughout. Enjoy this brew fresh today or lay it down for aging to see how the flavors of each vintage evolve.

Avery The Beast Grand Cru 12oz - Belgian Strong Dark Ale

The Beast is a seducer - accomodating, complicated, powerful, dark and created to last the ages. With a deep burgundy color and aromas of honey, nutmeg, mandarin orange and pineapple, this massive and challenging brew has flavors akin to a beautiful Carribean rum. Dates, plums, raisins and molasses are dominant in a rich vinous texture. Cellarable for 10+ years.

Stone Vertical Epic 08.08.08 22oz - Belgian IPA

The Stone 08.08.08 Vertical Epic Ale is a Strong Golden Belgian style ale highly hopped with American hops (Ahtanum, Amarillo and Simcoe). The beer pours pale golden with a thick and creamy white head of foam. The aroma is full of depth: nuances of pepper, clove, and banana from the Belgian yeast strain, and the resiny citrus notes from the American hops blend together nicely to provide a complex aromatic character. The taste is spicy, hoppy and fruity, with a very dry and a pleasant bitter end. The bitterness lingers nicely, and provides a refreshing finish!

Stone 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout 22oz - American Stout

For their 12th anniversary, Stone wanted to make a big hoppy beer, but with the current hop market, they decided to make a big chocolate stout instead. Lucky us. This rich stout will satisfy your inner chocoholic and will also age well, but don't wait too long, this limited edition beer won't last much longer!

Avery Ale to the Chief 22oz - Double IPA

Brewed just in time for the Democratic National Convention this IPA is more approachable than Maharaja, but it's no weakling. Dry-hopping with Cascades brings a citrus burst and notes of pine. This one was only brewed once, so celebrate election season and pick up a bottle.
Alcohol 8.75% by Volume.

Moylan’s Kilt Lifter 22oz - Scottish Ale

Robust and Strapping , Our Scotch Ale takes BIG Beers to a whole new level. Rich malt balances perfectly with delicate hops to provide a concentrated and intense flavor; an ideal companion for hearty foods, or as a meal unto itself. Allow this ale to warm slightly in your glass to enhance its truly bold character. Sharing is encouraged, as this is one beer that lives up to its name!
Alcohol 8.0% by Volume.

Moylan’s Moylander 22oz - Double IPA

“If One is Good, Then Two is Better!” Our Moylander Double IPA is fat and resiny, with aggressive and excessive hops swinging on an enormous malt backbone like naughty monkeys on a vine. Double malt, double hops - do the math, it’s academic. This brew has twice the things you’re looking for, and it’s big enough to share with the one you love. And isn’t that what it's all about?
Alcohol 8.5% by Volume.

Moylan’s Hopsickle 22oz - Triple IPA

In Celebration of the Hop...
This is a "Hop" tribute, worthy of a King's Imperial Court! Enjoy the blast of fresh Tomahawk, Cascade and Centennial Hops as they stimulate the taste buds in a truly imperial fashion. Pucker Up!
Alcohol 9.2% by Volume.

Unibroue 16 750ml - Belgian Strong Dark Ale

This extra strong brown ale has an alluring ruby-brown color and offers a complex aroma of malts and spices with the characteristic effervescence of Unibroue's refermented ales. It is pleasantly malty, sweet and mildly astringent with notes of spiced bread pudding and ripe orchard fruit. Unibroue 16 is slightly floral, warming to the palate and a delicious pairing for fine cuisine.

Dogfish Head Festina Peche

A refreshing neo-BerlinerWeisse fermented with honest-to-goodness peaches to (get this!) 4.5% abv! Sadly, there are only two breweries left in Berlin still brewing the BerlinerWeisse style which is characterized by its intense tartness. There were once over 70 breweries in Berlin alone making this beer! In addition to fermentation with an ale yeast, Berliner Weisse is traditionally fermented with lactic cultures to produce its acidic or green apple-like character.

Hop Head Red Ale

Resinous hop character and bitterness balance the rich carmel malt base. We took it a step further and Amarillo dry-hopped the brew to 45 ibu's, creating refreshing and savory hop flavors and aromas. Is it red IPA? That's your call.

Albino Python

The Albino Python White Lager is another interesting beer.  This 6% abv. beer is brewed with spices like a Belgian Wit beer. It is spiced with ginger, orange peel, coriander, and crushed fennel, so like the other beers in the Coney Island line, this beer is not your average lager.

Odell's Double Pilsner 6pk

Double Pilsner is Odell's tribute to the pilsner style, heavily hopped but balanced with malt and refined on their 5-barrel system. Originally brewed in Bohemia, pilsners were the world's first clear golden lagers and the start of a dramatic revolution in brewing. Today, pilsners are still a revered part of Czech and German life and an inspiration to our brewers. 8.1% alcohol by volume.

Twisted Pine Billy's Chilies 22oz

The wildly acclaimed new Billy’s Chilies beer is made with fresh anaheim, fresno, serrano, jalapeno and habanero peppers. It has an aroma that jumps out of the bottle, followed by a mild yet insanely satisfying flavor and a pleasant finish. “I made it for Cinquo de Mayo a couple of years ago and again this year for the Great American Beer Festival, and people loved it,” said Twisted Pine brewer Billy Phillips.

Widmer Brothers Crimson Wheat 6pk

The three different red, caramelized, and dark wheat malts give this beer an intense red color that runs as deep as the flavor. The toasted grain flavors blend perfectly with the subtle spiciness of the hops just as the entirety fades to a smooth quick finish. 2007 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal Award Winner.

Dogfish Head Aprihop Single

Brewed with luscious apricots, finished with whole-leaf hops. A "fruit beer for hop heads..." Ale Street News. Fruity, citrusy, cedar, thirst-quenching. Food Pairing recommendations: Salads, swordfish, Mexican dishes, barbeque, hummus. 7% abv 55 ibu. In case you care... the average 12 oz. serving has approx. 240 calories.

Green Flash Brewing West Coast IPA 6pk

This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.

Dogfish Head Red & White 750ml

A big, Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation a fraction of the batch is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, and another fraction is aged on oak staves. The beer is blended together before packaging.

Dogfish Head Burton Baton

A blend of oak-aged English strong ale and Dogfish Head’s 90 Minute IPA. Citrus notes from Northwestern hops meld with vanilla notes from the oak. Get it while it’s available. 10.0+% ABV.

Ommegang Three Philosophers 750ml

Cynics can't believe it, Epicures hail it a sensation, and Pythagoreans just can't add up what makes this luscious blend of rich malty ale and cherry lambic so delightful. It might be the flavor of dark chocolate and cherry cordials; it could be the way it acquires wisdom and grace in the cellar. Maybe it's a conundrum. What's your theory?

North Coast Brewing Co. Red Seal Ale

Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. An excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

Boulder Beer Co. Mojo Risin' 4pk

Only 120 precious barrels were brewed, adding more than half a ton of extra malt and twice the amount of Amarillo hops, so prepare your self for a full sensory explosion. The double dry-hop addition elevates the grapefruit-like aroma and flavor to an outrageous intensity, while the added malt raises the alcohol level from 7% all the way to 10% by volume.

Monty Python's Holy Grail Ale

Another fine addition to the Black Sheep Brewery range of premium bottled ales, our Holy Grail was specially commissioned to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Pythons. It has a distinctive taste with plenty of fruity hops, and is full flavoured with a dry and refreshing bitterness.

Anderson Valley Brewing Co. Boont Amber Ale 6pk

Boont Amber Ale is a medium bodied pale ale with a beatiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt. This very smooth and exceptionally drinkable beer is excellent with steaks, chicken, pasta, and other flavorful meals.

Bigfoot Barleywine Ale

This year marks the 25th release of Bigfoot. An award-winning barleywine that boasts a dense, fruity bouquet, an intense flavor palate and a deep reddish-brown color. Its big maltiness is superbly balanced by a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness.  9.6% abv...a hooter in a 6 pack.

Lion Imperial Lager

A Euro Strong Lager by Ceylon / Lion Brewery Limited in Biyagama, Sri Lanka.  This is an imperial lager that is a true strong ale at 8%, but it is smooth and worth a shot.

Lagunitas Lumpy Gravy Ale

Another winner from the good folks at Lagunitas Brewery. Click here for a full review.

Left Hand Warrior IPA

The bibrant aromatics and flavors that are derived from the use of exuberant amounts of fresh flower hops are what helps create and set apart this most unique beer. True to the brewery’s fundamental belief system, the strong hop character is balanced by a strong malt foundation allowing for an approachable, drinkable IPA that finishes amazingly clean. Get it while it lasts.

Lagunitas Brown Shugga

An aborted batch of their Old Gnarleywine ended up tasting nearly as good as that they were hoping for, so they bottled it. Up front it's sweet malt, caramel, some spice, and maple syrup. I agree that the taste reminds me of brown sugar. In the end the taste is distinct bitter hop. This beer is well balanced, simple, and straightforward.

Steamworks Brewery Steam Engine Lager

Steam Engine Lager is an American classic noted for its malt sweetness and hop spice with a smooth, dry finish. It is arguably the best American-style Amber Lager in the world.

Stone Double Bastard Ale

This is a lacerative muther of a beer. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale. It is strongly suggested you stay far, far away from this beer. Those foolish enough to venture close enough to taste will experience a punishingly unforgiving assault on the palate.

Lakefront Brewery Cream City - Pale Ale

A great example of a modern APA, with more of a hop presence due to its being dry-hopped. Serve it cool in a nonic glass (or something similar).

Lakefront Brewery Fuel Cafe - Coffee Stout

This ale is a marriage of two savory beverages, Lakefront Stout and Fuel Cafe blend Alterra coffee. The body of the stout is brought about by the perfect blend of five specialty grains and generous use of two row malted barley. The light hopping of the stout brings out it's malty sweetness which complements the Fuel Cafe coffee flavor to bring about a rich satisfying taste.

Lagunitas IPA

This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds.

Jolly Pumpkin Bam Biere Farmhouse Ale

An artisan farmhouse ale that is golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast.

Rogue - Mocha Porter

Ruddy brown in color, a bittersweet balance of malt and hops with a light cream finish. Mocha Porter is made from Northwest Harrington and Klages; 135-165, 95-115, and 70-80 Crystal; Beeston Chocolate, Black, Munich and Carastan malts. Perle and Centennial hops. Mocha Porter is available in a 12-ounce 6-pack, the classic 22-ounce bottle, and on draft.

Rogue Dead Guy Ale

Dead Guy is a German-style Maibock made with Rogue’s proprietary "PacMan" ale yeast. It is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well balanced finish. Dead Guy is created from Northwest Harrington, Klages, Maier Munich and Carastan malts, along with Perle and Saaz Hops.

Victory Brewing Co. V-Twelve

Heady with a aromatic fruity start and taste, this amber ale features hints of pear and apricot in its well-nuanced flavor. The initial impression of fruitiness concludes in a refreshing dryness that begs you to sip again. Be forewarned, this ale is immense as it registers 12% abv.

Odell’s Extra Special Red

According to Odell’s Web site: Extra Special Red is our tribute to one of the oldest beer recipes on record.  According to Egyptian mythology, red beer was used to pacify an angry goddess and save the world from destruction.  But according to Doug Odell, it needed some hops.  We updated this ancient recipe on our 5-barrel system using hand-selected new harvest hops, for our own extra special take on red beer.

Blackened Voodoo

Dixie Brewing Co.’s Blackened Voodoo brewed using an exclusive blend of three big, dark-roasted barley malts, a heavy-handed hopping of Mt. Hood and Cascade, then slow, slow, cold lagered. The result is Voodoo... dark, mysterious, and richly flavorful, maybe even a bit on the edge for some.
