We strive to provide our customers with a wide array of value priced wines of all origins and price levels. The Mile High Spirits’ team tastes all wines that are carried in the store to ensure the integrity and value of the wines. Mile High Wine and Spirits carries wines from some of the largest wine production regions represented below, as well as smaller domestic and international producers.
It is our intent to make the consumer wine purchasing experience as simple as possible. Therefore we have developed custom wine tags for all in stock wines that include our own description, professional ratings (if available), varietals in the wine, the vintage, region, and the type of food that pairs best with the wine.
As you can see in the above wine tag example for Covey Run, we have categorized all of our wines with a flavor profile. If you prefer spicy zinfandels over fruity just look for the Spicy flavor category in our zinfandel aisle.Here are the flavor profile categories that we have selected for our red wines, white wines, and bubbly.

Medium bodied whites, easy to drink. These medium-bodied wines finish quite smoothly, like a well-balanced symphony or a great book.

Clean light bodied white wines- bright with hints of citrus, tart apple, pear, or mineral
