|  What’s Mile High's terroir?Self-proclaimed wine enthusiasts are accustomed to using the term terroir (tεrwar), but for the novice wine drinker this term may not be familiar. Many quantify terroir as the distinct characteristics imparted by the environmental and geographical differences of a vineyard, including soil, sunlight, weather, altitude and the vinification or blending practices of the vineyard or wine maker. We bring up terroir because Mile High Wine and Spirits is supported and led by a team with unique terroir.
The team at Mile High will help you explore and enjoy the world of wine (and BEER), one glass at a time. We hope that that the blending of our talents, abilities, and natural creativity will help consumers enjoy the sometimes convoluted worlds of wine and beer.
