Bruichladdich Rocks

This designer malt was made to be drank on the rocks and it is a crowd pleaser as one of the purest scotch whiskies in Scotland.
This distillery is the only distillery to win Distillery of the Year twice in three years (2001 & 2003). This is the only Islay distillery to produce small batch-bottling with ultra-pure Islay spring water which is filtered through the 1800 million year old rocks that the distillery stands on, the oldest
in the entire industry.

Recipe: Kiss of Death

1oz vodka
1oz tonic
1oz Bruichladdich Rocks
1/2 oz cherry juice

Winner of the Best Islay (Non-Peated) Award in the World Whiskies Awards 2007.
Reasonable complexity on the nose, with plenty of vanilla combined with turps, cigar boxes, pot-pouri & bakers dough.
Good bitter-sweet balance to taste.

1 3/4 oz Bruichladdich 15 Year
3/4 oz Vermouth
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
